Principal's Message

Welcome to Hayesville High School, Home of the Yellow Jackets!  We are proud to serve our community with a comprehensive, student-centered education in a safe and orderly learning environment.  We work closely with parents, community groups and educational partners to ensure each student is on track to graduate in four years with a plan for college, career, military or post-secondary training.  We are fortunate to be in a community that provides incredible support to our students and their educational goals.

Yellow Jacket pride and excellence can be found in our classrooms, our athletic teams and in our daily interactions with students.  Hayesville High School is small enough that we know our students by name and understand their individual needs.  We also offer many of the benefits you would find in a larger school, such as dual enrollment classes through Tri-County Community College, a 1-to-1 Chromebook program, a broad Career and Technical Education program, and a highly-qualified faculty of experts in their fields.
