Toyota Community Scholarship

-Senior with a GPA of 3.0 or higher

-One student nominated by the scholarship committee

-Be actively involved in a service organization or project that has a positive impact on the school and/or community

-100 renewable scholarships valued at $10,000 and $20,000 (4 years)

-Must pursue an undergraduate degree at an accredited four-year college or university

-Due to Mrs. Nicholson by December 14, 2007

Percy B. Ferebee Endowment Scholarship/Wachovia Bank

-A scholarship may be renewed annually

-Scholarships will be awarded for attendance at colleges and universities within the state

of North Carolina

-Consideration will be given to the respective ability, educational goals, career ambitions and the relative financial need of the applicant as

deemed appropriate by the committee

-Applications are available in the Guidance Office or apply on line at www.wachoviascholars.com

-Application and all necessary paperwork is due by January 31, 2008

National Co-Op Scholarships

-This academic program combines classroom studies with professional work experience in a field related to your education and career goals.

-There are ten NCCE Partner Colleges and Universities in the program

-Need high school GPA of 3.5 or better

-Application deadline is February 15, 2008
