department of recognized standing

shall not exceed the cost of tuition, books, fees and reasonable living and
travel expenses at the particular institution attended by a recipient
-Personal interview
and five minute composition required
-Letter of
recommendation
-Applicants must demonstrate
financial need

resident of Cherokee, Graham or Clay Counties

years (possible total scholarship of $6,000) -Must attend an accredited
four-year college or university in 29 county areas
