Hello, I'm Rebecca Stewart and welcome to the Business Education Department of Hayesville High School. Currently, I teach Computerized Accounting I, II, Principles of Business, e-Commerce I, II. In addition to teaching, my other duties include coaching women's jv and varsity volleyball and softball.

In 1984, I received my BSBA from Western Carolina University and worked in the public sector for many years. It wasn't until 1991 that I began my teaching career at Hayesville Middle School. I received my MAEd in Supervision as well as my National Board Certification in Career-Technical Education in 2002. This year begins my 19th year as a teacher.

My husband, Johnny, is a local contractor in Hayesville. My stepchildren are Jeff and Janene. Kayla, Jacquelyn, Justin, Jason, Jeremy, and John are my grandchildren.

I love to run, enjoy the sun, and spend time with my family.
